For all you hippies out there, this is your chance to get back in touch with nature and a vibrant community of open and like-minded people. Grab your tents, grab your guitar and head to one of our favourite Japanese Thailand Festivals. This 10 day festival happens every February and is set amongst the beautiful town of Chiang Dao with a spectacular display of the third largest mountain in Thailand.By day, you can lounge around the stunning area of Chiang Dao enjoying the free hot springs, hiking, eating at many of the delicious food vendors, lounging along the river with newfound friends or attend an array of donation based activities such as yoga and meditation, karate, poi, natural dye workshops, wood carving workshops and more!
By 6pm, the main stage becomes the main attraction with talented musicians and performance artists from around the world sharing music and art as you sway back and forth laying on the grass with stars glimmering overhead.By 9pm, the stage shuts down and your night will become a beautiful haze of sitting in teepees, jamming with your new friends, curling up around a campfire or overindulging on incredible hot chocolate rum to warm you up.
